DoorDash and UnidosUS are partnering together to develop an 18-month pilot program of individualized, bilingual financial coaching for Dashers to achieve their financial goals. Additionally, 10 local UnidosUS Affiliates will offer workforce development programs for Dashers to develop job-readiness and career-building skills in areas such as finance, sales, and digital literacy. The program will include grants to local Affiliates and recruit participants from the local UnidosUS Affiliates and Dasher communities and is free of charge to all participants.
